Warranty

All items listed on the web site are brand new and are covered by the specific manufacturer's warranties.  Each manufactures has their own specifications with regards to their warranties.  All specifics can be optained by visiting the manufacturer's web site.

Insurance

We insure ALL equipment shipped from Drum World.  If merchandise is recieved damaged, Drum World needs to be notified immediately and will contact the shipper to resolve the problem.

Returns

  • Items are to be returned with-in 15 days of the purchase/received date
  • Items are to be returned with original sale receipt and original packing
  • Items are to be returned in the original sale condition
  • Damaged, lost or stolen goods are not eligible for refund
  • Refunds are only available for item sale price and PA sales tax (6%)
  • Original & return shipping charges are not eligible for reimbursement (If an item was sent with FREE shipping, and is ordered in error and returned, the customer will be liable for the shipping charge Drum World incurred for the original shipping charge for the product)
  • Undesired items are to be refused upon delivery
  • Undesired shipping methods are to be refused upon delivery
  • Drum World is not responsible for additional duties, taxes or tariffs
Layaways
Layaways are for thirty days for purchases under $500 and for sixty days for purchases over $500. Though there is no fee for our layaways, the minimum amount to put down is 20% of the total cost. All items left unpaid or unclaimed after this time will result in the loss of all monies.

Specifications and prices are supplied by manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. Drum World is not responsible for typographical errors. Drum sets do not include cymbals unless specified.
