on-line catalog. Use our simple on-line shopping cart to select your products with the
button. Click View Shopping Cart at the top right
to view your shopping cart anytime. Drum World makes every attempt to stock as much equipment listed on our web site as
possible. Unfortunately we are unable to stock every item due to the immense number
of products listed. We occasionally run into a situation where an item is not in
stock or is a special order item. In these situations, we will do our best to
contact you with an explanation. On some occasions the merchandise that is ordered
will be "drop shipped" directly from a/the wholesaler from whom "we"
purchase the product. In the case of a special order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for
delivery. If you the customer wishes not to wait for the shipment, we will refund
your account the amount of the ordered product in full. If you are a new DrumWorld customer, you will be prompted to enter some account
information. Finally select your payment and shipping options and your order will be
processed. You'll see a display of your order confirmation and a Drum World Order
Tracking Number. You may also use our non-secure on-line form.

as the order numbers for the items you wish to purchase and any of the methods of payment
listed on our non-secure on-line form. Continental US Shipping Information
Shipping schedule does not include drum sets,
congas or oversized items such as larger drum heads and 26" and
above hard drum cases. For shipping quotes on these item please feel
free to call.
*Free Shipping "special" includes
standard UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 states. All other destinations will be
quoted at a higher rate. Special shipping , i.e. overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day,
will be quoted at actual charges quoted by UPS.
Special Ordering Notes:
All import taxes, duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the
purchaser and are not included in the quoted price.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders call for shipping quote.
Oversized drum sets and congas, call for quote on the shipping.
Credit card orders can be shipped to an alternate address as long as the correct
"Billing" address has been given.
Cancellation or return of any order may be subject to a 30% restocking charge.
There are no refunds made for freight.
Drum World has a 10 day return policy on all "new" equipment. If within 10
days of your receipt of the equipment, you are not satisfied, you may return it for
a full refund less the shipping charges. The equipment must be in "new"
condition, without stick marks and must be returned in its original packaging.
If a product that was shipped with "Free Shipping" and is to be returned,
the customer will be refunded the amount of the product less the shipping charge as
per the schedule above. Example; if the product cost you the customer $100.00 and it
was "Free Shipping" then you the customer returned the item, you would be
refunded $100.00 minus the $9.95 shipping charge. That would make the total amount
refunded $90.05.
All merchandise that is to be returned needs to have an "RA" number. You
"the customer" must contact Drum World to receive authorization for any returned
equipment. To receive your "RA" please call us at 800-335-3445 or email us
at info@drumworld.com. Any
merchandise that
is shipped to Drum World, that does not have an "RA" number will be
refused.
Special International Orders Notes: DUE TO THE EVER INCREASING PROBLEMS WITH INTERNATIONAL ORDERS,
DRUM WORLD NOW REQUIRES PAYMENT IN FULL (INCLUDING SHIPPING) FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS.
THE ONLY PAYMENT THAT WE WILL ACCEPT WILL BE INTERNATIONAL MONEY
ORDERS OR CASH.
